Hi! My name is Samantha Duane and welcome to my world! I’ve been in the health and wellness industry since 2012. I’ve worked with thousands of clients over the years primarily in the field of fitness through personal training, group fitness and as a yoga instructor. After a few years into my career, I noticed a trend with all my clients-a need for lifestyle maintenance and accountability. My clients no matter their socioeconomic status, education, and home life they all had issues with maintaining a level of balance and overall wellbeing. I began studying more in the areas of habits, nutrition, and personal development. All the ways in which I could help my clients as a whole person and not just getting them a tight ass. Soon after I incorporated lifestyle maintenance to my personal training sessions, I began seeing accelerated results in my client’s physical performance. This led me to develop my Rebel Wellness: Vital Forces coaching curriculum. RW:VF was developed organically after years of working side by side with clients as well as putting it to the test in my own life.
I coach from a place of empathy and understanding a true “come as you approach”. I meet clients where they are and assist them to gain control of their whole health. Rebel Wellness is a system that leads people to understand themselves better, a mastery of self. Once we master ourselves no one can stop us and most of all we get out of our own way and thrive. Yo-life is hard. It’s even harder when we do not have the proper tools to take care of ourselves. Rebel Wellness is a system that holds you accountable and to a higher standard. You have to want more-want better for yourself. I stand beside you as you discover how you work, how you best operate and help you develop your own personal goals, habits and routine.
It's my mission and joy in life to help people. It’s just my favorite! Every client is different and there is no one same plan. However, there are the same four Vital Forces; habits, nourishment, movement and wellbeing. When these four pillars are aligned in your life you are balanced and in the driver’s seat.

A rebel was born.
Fitness and movement are and have always been a part of my life. As I got older, I truly began to see the magical connection of a healthy body-mind-gut, which led me to more studies of nutrition, yoga, and yoga philosophy. I dove into the healing arts, trauma healing, and therapy to get my own healing as well as round out my style of coaching.
It’s a lifestyle.
It’s not about the number on the scale, or in the bank account, the number of likes or followers, or the size of your pants that matter. It’s about you and who you are and what you want your life to look and feel like.
